All Over Macedonia - For all valid postal addresses in Macedonia the fresh flower delivery is guaranteed 24 hours for delivery. There is NO additional charges for these deliveries!

Flower Delivery Time

We assure flower delivery in Macedonia from Monday to Saturday to any valid postal address in the country. We make deliveries to every city or village - all over Macedonia. Your flowers will be delivered the next week day, when the order is placed online prior 12:00AM - midnight - Macedonian time (GMT + 1). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered as early as Monday. (e.g. If you want the flowers to be delivered on Saturday then you should place your order prior to midnight on Friday)

Sunday – even though many Wedding Ceremonies, Birthdays, Baby Baptisms and other festive occasions are held on Sunday, unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer delivery on Sundays. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery time, but we are always happy to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests whenever possible.

If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to the workplace.

Please check the other non-delivery days, such as National Holidays.

Order Confirmation

When you purchase online, you will receive an online summary-receipt with an order number, which is your order proof. After the delivery is made, we will send you a personal delivery confirmation e-mail, which is your proof that your flowers order was successfully delivered.

Delivery Problems

Occasionally, various factors may prevent a timely delivery from occurring. These may include: incomplete recipient address information; the recipient or any member of the family is not currently available at the delivery address to receive the flowers, or in case of other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend filling out the recipient portion of our online order form as fully and as accurately as possible, to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that due to incomplete address information or when the recepient cannot be reached at the delivery address, we will contact you by e-mail. The same flower arrangment will be delivered again. If the delivery is unsuccessful for the second time, then we will consider our obligations fullfilled and you will still be charged for your order. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery status of an order and require immediate feedback, please contact us by e-mail.

Holiday Occasion Orders

For deliveries on the eve of busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance.
Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower-giving times during the year.
